On orders where delivery costs are chargeable we strive to ensure these are reasonable whilst offering a reliable, secure service. For the vast majority of our products the cost of delivery is between £3.99 and £9.99, dependent upon the size/weight of the item and the location of the delivery address.
Postage surcharges apply to some locations such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. For this reason your final delivery costs will be calculated for you on the checkout page once you have entered your delivery address details.
All TV’s over 32” are delivered by a Specialist TV Delivery Company which takes a little longer and does cost a little more – however it is worth it for the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your TV will be delivered safely by experts. Please note large TVs can not be delivered to some remote locations.

Ordered the wrong item or changed your mind? Don’t worry; simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a hassle free return.
Item damaged or incomplete?
We use very reliable couriers for all of our deliveries and as such damaged or lost parts are extremely rare. However if you parcel arrives damaged or missing an accessory you should notify us immediately – we can only accept damage claims/reports of missing parts if they are reported to us within 24hrs.
Having a problem with your item?
All of our items come with at least a 12 month warranty. Faults reported to us more than 30 days after delivery will be dealt with under the warranty, by way of a repair or replacement (at the discretion of the manufacturer). Faults reported within 30 days of delivery will be dealt with directly by us. In either case just get in touch and we will make the process as easy as possible for you.
Terms and conditions.
All returns must be approved by us – we will not accept any items returned without prior arrangement.
For Easy 14 Day Returns:
1.1: We cannot accept return requests received more than 14 days after delivery.
1.2: You must return your item within 7 days of notifying us you want to cancel.
1.3: You’ll need to arrange and pay for the courier, you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey. If you prefer we can arrange fully insured transport (some exclusions may apply), the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. We will quote for this on a case by case basis but as a guideline large TVs are likely to cost £50 to return, smaller items between £5 and £20 (can be dependent on your location etc).
1.4: We are happy for you to carefully open the item to inspect it properly, however we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to cover any loss of value if the product has been handled more than necessary. It must be returned unused/uninstalled, in the original packaging, with all accessories. Both the item and the packaging must be in the same condition as when it was received.
1.5: Your refund will include the standard delivery cost of the item you purchased – if you chose a more expensive delivery option (e.g. next day delivery when a cheaper option was available) the additional amount will not be refunded.
For items reported faulty within 30 days.
2.1: You will not be covered for any faults caused by accident, neglect misuse or reasonable wear and tear whilst in your possession.
2.2: We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
2.3: You will not be liable for the carriage costs of any faulty item within the first 30 days. However in some instances the fault cannot be verified remotely. If this is the case you may need to pay upfront to return the item to us. In these cases we will inspect the item and refund the postage costs to you once the fault is verified (postage receipts required).
2.4: Once verified as faulty you will have a choice of a refund or a replacement (subject to availability).
2.5: If once tested your item is shown to be not faulty we reserve the right to return the item to you and cancel your return.
